DICKINSON — In partnership with A lot more Than Just Parks, the North Dakota Department of Commerce Tourism and Internet marketing Division declared that it has released a new small film advertising Theodore Roosevelt Nationwide Park.
The movie together with other advertising articles parts have been introduced in conjunction with the 75th anniversary of Theodore Roosevelt National Park’s Memorial Park designation, which took place on Monday, April 25.
“This enjoyable partnership has resulted in the latest spectacular new limited movie on Theodore Roosevelt National Park,” Commerce Tourism and Promoting Director Sara Otte Coleman said in the push launch. “The partnership was recognized to spotlight North Dakota’s exceptional public lands and present site visitors with new ways to check out these landscapes.”
President Harry S. Truman signed a bill on April 25, 1947, creating Theodore Roosevelt Nationwide Memorial Park, which bundled lands that approximately make up the larger South Device toward Watford City and the Elkhorn Ranch web page now. On June 12, 1948, the rugged North Device positioned by Medora was included to the park.
As a memorial park, the internet site was the only one of its type in the Nationwide Park Program at that time. This latest installment in the Far more Than Just Parks award-profitable sequence that includes Theodore Roosevelt Nationwide Park was done to not only showcase what the desired destination location has to offer in recreational prospects, but also to “underscore the significance of protecting North Dakota’s legendary wild places,” the push release read through.
