The Trinamool Congress is running a “governing administration of corrupts” in West Bengal, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia alleged on Saturday, hours right after the arrest of condition Marketplace Minister Partha Chatterjee in the university jobs fraud.
Speaking to reporters, the Civil Aviation Minister said that the degree of corruption in the condition was surprising and unprecedented.
“The TMC govt has crossed all limits of misgovernance and corruption. The degree of corruption in the state is just stunning and unprecedented. The TMC government is no for a longer period a federal government for the people, it is rather the governing administration of corrupts. The whole federal government is knee-deep in corruption,” Scindia alleged.
Chatterjee was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with its investigation into the work opportunities scam that allegedly transpired for the duration of recruitment drives by the College Assistance Commission (SSC). He was the schooling minister of the point out when the alleged irregularities took area.
Scindia was in Kolkata to consider stalk of the BJP’s firm in the Dumdum Lok Sabha seat, for which he has been appointed ‘Pravas minister’. BJP had dropped the seat in the northern suburbs of Kolkata in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
